Return Policy
Each Faux Frenchie piece is thoughtfully handcrafted to be treasured. If your purchase is not quite right, we offer returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery on full price pieces. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, change of mind returns on earrings are not accepted. Faux Frenchie reserve the right to return the piece(s) to the sender, should items be returned outside above requirements.
Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale unless faulty. Faulty or incorrect items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Please note that tarnishing and general wear and tear are not considered manufacturing faults and are not covered under returns policy.
To initiate a return please contact us at fauxfrenchieau@gmail.com with your order number, item, and the reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund or exchange within 5-10 business days.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please note shipping costs are non-refundable. For domestic orders a $12 AUD fee will be deducted from your refund amount once a shipping label is generated. For international orders a $30 AUD fee will be deducted from your refund amount once a shipping label is generated. It is at the client’s responsibility to safely return piece(s) to Faux Frenchie and it remains their responsibility until confirmation of receipt, for this reason we recommend choosing a trackable return option.
YOUR RIGHTS UNDER AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
